lunch activity

fifty minutes on the treadmill.  since i don’t generally gym on the weekends, i’m happy that the gym-week is over!  i am very proud of myself for my behavior this week though.  usually, when hubby’s not around i take advantage of the opportunity to be slothful and binge on junk food.  this week, i gymmed a full five days and mostly stuck with my normal, fairly-healthy eating.

I’m proud of you.
I have my farthest run tomorrow morning: 12 miles. Verily, I’m dreading it.
