tuesday’s activity

Posted by: arcanai   in getting healthy

lunchtime:

50 minutes fiit – aerobics and balance.  somehow, i can do a lot more time of those.  i guess they either last longer or there’s less time between them.  certainly less yapping about the same old stuff than the yoga and strength.  my line went down ever so slightly.  *UPDATE*  it is also worth noting that i am, apparently, completely incapable of hula hooping to the left.  i keep trying but the stupid hoop drops to the virtual floor in under fifteen seconds.  why don’t my hips circle left?!

it really is a fun way to get some activity. and forces me to do exercises that i loathe (lunges, pushups, planks). i don’t know how much good, overall, it would really do by itself but i think it’s great as part of an exercise routine.

when you do the one where it has you do 3 minutes one direction and then 3 the other… whichever is the second direction is the one I rawk at. I get like 300 or more additional spins that direction than I do the first direction.

yeh, that’s the same one i have trouble with. only i can get almost 400 spins on the first direction (right) but when it goes to the second direction (left), it fails me out after 13 spins or something. i’ve never even gotten to the point where they throw another hoop for me to catch.
